
The Forensic Group was created by Jeff Rindsberg, PsyD, ABPP, a Board-Certified Forensic and Clinical Psychologist in Cleveland, Ohio to provide exceptional, unbiased forensic psychological evaluations and services.
Dr. Rindsberg obtained his BA degree with dual majors in Psychology and History from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He earned his Masters and Doctorate (PsyD) degrees from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He then completed a post-doctoral year of training in forensic and neuropsychological assessment in Louisville, Kentucky.
After moving to Cleveland in 2003, Dr. Rindsberg trained doctoral-level interns as the Assessment Supervisor at Applewood Centers. He established his private practice in 2003 to focus on psychological and forensic evaluations. Since 2004 Dr. Rindsberg has been the Court Psychologist in Lake County, providing court-ordered criminal psychological evaluations for both adult and juvenile courts.
Dr. Rindsberg earned his Board-Certification in Forensic Psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) in 2014. He is also a Fellow in the American Academy of Forensic Psychology. He has performed consultation evaluations with the Social Security Administration's Ohio division, federal immigration court, and state and federal courts. He has conducted evaluations on both civil and criminal clients and cases, from Competency and Sanity issues, to disability and fitness for duty evaluation.
More recently, Dr. Rindsberg also co-founded CIEC Answers (pronounced "seek") in 2017. CIEC Answers is a group of inter-disciplinary professionals who conduct comprehensive learning, intellectual, and other school-focused evaluations (e.g., IEEs, IEPs, MFEs, BIPs, FBAs, 504-plans, and other special education and related services).
